Document production is subject to a flat rate of $49 CAD per document, regardless of time spent.

Navigate to the "Forms" section of our website and click on the form you would like produced.

Once you have selected a form, follow the prompts on screen and answer the questions

At the end, you will be prompted to enter payment information and submit the form. 

Once submitted, I will produce the document based on your answers and email the completed form back to you.

If I have any questions or concerns, I will reach out to you via email, so please monitor your email inbox and junk mail.

Following receipt, please review the document for completion and accuracy.

Once ready, you will need to attend at your nearest Supreme Court Registry for filing and swearing of any affidavit(s).
